Meyer Sound Milo 120 Line Array Loudspeaker with dolly and dust cover. Price per cabinet. Sold per 4.
The MILO 120 provides 120 degrees of horizontal and 20 degrees of vertical coverage and is intended for situations requiring curvilinear arrays with wide horizontal and vertical coverage. Lower profile arrays of MILO 120 can be built with only a few elements.
MILO 120 is optimized for the shorter throws and lower SPL of downfill applications, and is designed to be the perfect downfill complement to standard MILO or M3D line array cabinets, as well as performing well in other fill applications that can be satisfied by one or two cabinets.
MILO 120 is designed to be used in conjunction with the 700-HP ultrahigh-power subwoofer or the M3D-Sub directional subwoofer. Optimal performance is obtained when the MILO 120 is driven with Meyer Sound's LD-3 compensating line driver.
MILO 120 produces a peak output of 138 dB SPL with exceptionally flat phase and frequency response. Its wide operating frequency range (60 Hz to 18 kHz) is complemented by extended high-frequency headroom and a dedicated very-high frequency section that renders delicate transient information with detailed resolution through its wide coverage pattern.
The MILO 120 low/low-mid frequency section comprises two neodymium magnet 12-inch drivers with 4-inch voice coils in a two-way arrangement in which an integral crossover rolls off one driver above 150 Hz to maintain optimal polar and frequency response. The mid-high section (560 Hz to 4.2 kHz) uses a 1.5-inch exit, 4-inch diaphragm compression driver coupled to a 120-degree constant directivity horn through Meyer Sound's patented REM(tm) ribbon emulation manifold. A dedicated very-high frequency section, with extended range to 18 kHz, employs two 0.75-inch exit, 2-inch diaphragm compression drivers coupled via a second REM to an additional 120-degree horn.
All MILO 120 transducers are designed and manufactured by Meyer Sound, and driven by an on-board, four-channel class AB/H amplifier with 3560 watts of total output power. For more information about the MILO 120, please visit Meyer Sound's website.
